For the past week, I'm trying to download the data archive- it goes up until 90% and stays like this for days. already tried it from different browsers and for a few times - canceled the download, waited for 24 hours, and tried again.
what more can I do to solve it?

Did you confirmed the download on the email sent?

Try clearing the cache of your browser and then try to request the download again.
