When I download data, I do not get the BPM data? Why is this please?

Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the Fitbit.com Dashboard section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

You do not get heart rate data when you download/export your data because Fitbit does not make the heart rate data available for download.

 

The Help article Can I export my fitness data to my computer  has stated for a long time:

"We're still working on making automatic heart rate data available for export"

 

There's a feature request here that was opened January 2015 that you could add your comments.
