Cannot Log Into my Fitbit Account from my Laptop

I am trying to log into my dashboard on my laptop and it either goes back to login page or it tells me my password or username is not correct. I've never changed either and both of those are saved on my computer, as I'm the only one who has access to it. Does anyone know what is going on?

In this case, I would like you to reset your Fitbit password following the steps mentioned in this article. I know you already have it saved to your browser but if you clear cookies and cache, it can be the reason why it's asking for your password again.

yea this happens to me but i get an authentication error (sorry for bad English i don't know that much)
