Am I alone in not being to dowload my archive? I hate the new app, am utterly disappointed with the changes Google have made and have decided to go with Garmin. Strangley (or deliberately) FitBit will not allow me to download my archive. It gets to 85% dowload and then freezes. Anyone else having the same problem?
Maybe we are still OK. Their export instructions say "If you have a large amount of Fitbit data, it could take several days to generate an archive". I have over 5 years of data to export, maybe that is considered " a large amount".
