Yesterday, my profile page was changed.  Instead of the setting gear that usually appears on the upper right side (allowing you to change your profile or cover photos) There is now a camera icon instead of the gear icon.  When I click on this camera icon, the Fit bit app crashes immediately.  I have tried everything to solve this problem including deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, etc....The Fit bit tech was very unhelpful and gave me no tips to correct it.  Anyone else have this problem?

@david865  You posted this thread on the fitbit.com dashboard (web) forum -- but you are having problems with your phone app.  Do you use android, iOS, or windows?

 

Your thread can be moved to the correct forum where you might get more help.

 

It might also help to know your phone's model and the app version you are using.

I am having the same problem on Android. I am going to go post about in the Android forum. If you have a Android then comment there.. If you have an Apple you will need to start your own thread there.
