I need my time to be 7 hours ahead of east coast time. Cannot find a setting for that time. Please tell me a country name to use

It's great to see you in the Community @Mitchjenn07. I would recommend going to your Personal Settings using a computer to change your timezone. Please check out this post. It provides useful information to set your timezone. The Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is 5 hours ahead than East Coast Time, if you want 7 hours ahead you can select any timezone from the following countries that show +2:00. In this way you will have a 7 hours ahead timezone.

I can only use the time zone on my Fitbit app to sync it. There are like 400 options to choose from. Looking for option that will get me a time of 7 hours ahead of east USA time
