Charge 2 not syncing automatically to Fitbit Connect

Just stopped syncing without going manually through the Fitbit Connect.

I tried restarting.  Tried resetting three times.  Tried setting the Charge 2 up as a new device.  Nothing is working. 

 

If I click the sync option from Fitbit Connect, it syncs; otherwise, it does not.

Mine will not sync either...not with my android phone and not with the laptop.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both and neither my charge 2 or my old hr will sync at all.  It has been 2 days since either did sync at all , but for about 2 weeks I've been having issues with them not syncing automatically and not when forced either.

Have you found the problem as my charge 3 is doing the same
