Hello there @Finsky! Thanks for joining us in here.

I'd just like to add to @USAF-Larry great post. Here are the instructions to turn the Quick View on:

1. Log into your web Dashboard.

2. Go into your tracker's settings.

3. Look for the 'Quick View Gesture' feature.

4. If it is off, please change it to On.

5. Sync your Fitbit to your account.

I hope this helps out! Keep us posted on how it goes! Smiley Very Happy

@Finsky, do you have Quick View enabled in the app Device Settings?  If not, enable it and resync the tracker.

Hey @Finsky! Welcome to the Forums @Hitori_One.

@Finsky Glad to know that everything is working perfectly.

@Hitori_One You mean the motion to get the tracker's display on? You have to move your hand to the front of your face as if you're looking into a clock. As long as the feature is turned on, the feature should work.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
