Hello - my Charge HR clock did not automatically change to plus one hour on Sunday. I have looked at Forums on how to rectify this problem and have tried to set it to other time zones, then change back, but that did not work. I have synced it several times, its driving me potty. Surely this piece of equipment should be sophisticated enough to change with the time changes. How do I do this please?

In this case I'd recommend that you try to restart the Charge HR and then sync it to your account once again. To restart, follow these steps:
After doing that, please sync your Fitbit to your account.
