Hello All, 

 

Lately my charging port seems to be hit or miss when it comes to charging my Fitbit. Is there something I can do before buying another one? Thank you.

Hello @Coolred44 and welcome to the Help forum.  Does your Fitbit behave this way if you try it in different charging ports?  I have a different options.  Ports on my computer, charging blocks that go in the wall, etc.  Please try cleaning the charging contacts on your Fitbit with some alcohol and a toothbrush.  Clean the contacts on the cable, too, but if your charging cable has pins, use alcohol and a cotton swab.
