Connect to facebook

I can't seem to find where from the dashboard you can connect to Facebook to add friends. The friends tab just says no Facebook friends. Thanks in advance for the help!

I have the option to connect to Facebook from my friends tab like this:

It's also possible to connect if you go to https://www.fitbit.com/friends. There should be an option to connect to Facebook. You can get to this page from the dashboard by clicking "see more" on your friends tile.

Hi, thanks for your reply! My screen doesn't look like that, I've tried uninstalling the app and trying again and when I go to the friends tab it just has the loading circle then goes blank with no further options. My friend managed to add me from hers but still no option for me to add more. Very frustrating!

The link you sent shows some suggestions down the side as though it's already connected (could be possible as I had the app installed on an old phone prior to getting the tracker) but doesnt give the option for me to search for someone 😯😯

If you have the same account you can do some troubleshooting by going to https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps and see if you can find Facebook in that list. If it's there, try revoking access and check back on your dashboard or the friends page.

Edit: If you have the Fitbit phone app you can also try opening that and going to the friends tab. If you click the top right icon with a person and a plus sign (at least that's what's on my iPhone app) you can pick Facebook and may be able to connect from there.
