When I make anything that I don't know the calorie count for, I list each ingredient and the amount that I use. Then I google each item. Most items are there although sometimes you have to do a little searching to find the correct amount. I then add all calorie amounts together and divide the total by the number of servings. This will give you a fairly accurate calorie count. I hope this was what you were looking for. When I google an item I specifically ask for the # of calories for that item.

I think the closest thing would be to do this:
Enter all the ingredients under the Food section here: https://www.fitbit.com/foods/log
Then click the Meals tab, and name your meal. There you can add whichever foods in amounts you choose to that meal. Just log that meal, and everything should come through.
