Dashboard is just black!

The main area of my dashboard on my laptop is completely black.  The headings are there, as usual but otherwise just a black screen.  The log pages are working properly and my smartphone is normal in all areas.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like you are being affected by a known bug with the dashboard at the moment. Keep an eye on the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Dashboard-tiles-missing/td-p/2680055

@RayInKnebworth The temporary solution is to use a browser other than Internet explorer (Edge, Chrome, Firefox all work for me).

Thank you. Strange that I have had no problems with Internet Explorer until now but I will follow your advice. Ray.

I'm having the same black screen on the dashboard page.  I'm not so happy with how long this is going on.   I hope someone fixes it soon.
