My dashboard is not tracking my steps or calories burned. I have reset the fitbit a few times .

Do you really mean the dashboard at fitbit.com or do you mean the dashboard in the android app?

 

I ask as there is a known bug with the step display with the android app that's documented here:

I too have had a problem with dashboard.com step display not showing. Fitbit syncs fine to my iPhone app and all data other than step display syncs to dashboard.com. The step display goes round and round but never displays step total. Is this a known bug with iPhone (SE)? Thanks.
