My steps are no longer on dashboard. Is there a fix for this

Thanks for taking the time to share your situation with us, I'll be glad to help.

It is important to note that the Online Dashboard will display the information that your Fitbit app records from your device. If this stops showing the steps, it could be a syncing issue. Please ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is on and that it is connected to a Wi-Fi network or cellular data.
