Deleting a Device I do not have

I have 3 Apple devices showing up on my Account Access page.  I have an IPhone and an IPad which is shows and permits me to delete device.  It is also showing an Apple Inc Tablet Mobile Safari OS Mac OS X (IPad) which it is not letting me delete.  It does not have the Revoke Access at the bottom. 

 

I have deleted the app from my IPad and that did not help.  I have tried everything I can think of.  Please help.

I'll be happy to help you in this situation.

 

Given that the access happened from a Web Browser it is not possible to revoke the access given that said browser is currently not connected to your account, which wouldn't be the case for the iPhone and iPad. It is possible that you accessed the web Dashboard through the iPad's browser at some point by accident and that's why it is showing. Hopefully that clarifies the situation.
