I am unable to download the fitbit app. Why can't i?

First off check to see if your phone is compatible:

https://www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Shut down your phone for a minute.

Go back in and try to download again

 

If not you will need to set up on computer until it is

 

To download software

To set it up

Welcome to the Forums @Kaybug! Thanks for chiming in to help @WendyB.

 

@WendyB's got it pretty much covered. If you are using a computer, even a Mac one, you need to download the Fitbit Connect software from the second link that @WendyB shared. Only Windows 10 computers use a Fitbit App, besides the phones.
