I have a FitBit One and have upgraded to a Fitbit Charge. What can I do to erase all the data on the One and start over with the Charge? I would like to give the One to a friend, so want them to be able to start fresh. Also, my dongle sync thing for my ONE is damaged and I need a new one, how would I get one?

You don't need to do anything to wipe the One, your data stays with the account, not with the tracker. All you need to do is delete it from your account. The same dongle is included with both devices, so you can just use your new dongle. However, if the person you're passing the One along to needs one, too, you can pick up a replacement off of the Fitbit store (https://www.fitbit.com/store#accessories).
