I request an export of all data and then get an email saying it is ready. I go back onto the Fitbit website and click on Download under "Available Archives". I then get the following error message. Any ideas?

Hello @Zardoz99. Thank you for sharing that screenshot of the message that you see.
Have you continued to get this message when trying to export information or have you been able to export the data since then? If it has continued, I'd like to ask you to try running the export tool on a different browser and to please let me know what browser you are currently using.

I tried this again and it worked or at least it did download some info but a lot of the folders seem to be empty. Like the Heart folder which holds just one txt file. I have had a Charge 3 for 2 years and now I have a Charge 4 but most of the data I see is only 2021 and a bit of 2020. What happened to the older data?
