Tried ordering a new charge 4 through the fitbit website using a promo code that was emailed by fitbit to replace my defective charge 3. Keep getting "error submitting cart; request failed with status code 500". I've tried two different methods of payment on different browsers on my phone plus the laptop. Contacted support and they said someone else would email me back. No email yet. 😪
