FITBIT REFUSES TO CLOSE ACCOUNT

Ive been trying to close my account for 3 months and I never get the confirmation email and my account never gets closed, I have tried on the website and app, even reached out to Fitbit only to get NO RESPONSE!  This place has the worst customer service ever, if they are not full of excuses then they are full of it!  

 

I hope somebody can read this from **ahem**bit!

Hi @123069  you check the spam folder for the email? That email is part of the process to make sure it is you who asked for the account to be closed. Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. The phone number to call from the UK is: 0800 069 8505.
