I just received the absolute worst customer service in my life over chat. Is there anywhere I am able to complain, or leave feedback about the specific rep?

Sorry if this is not the best location on the forum. I figured the .com section was the closest spot!

They should be sending you a survey.  The problem I've had is multiple agents not reading prior responses and even screenshots I sent!
