Fitbit Ionic not syncing

My app is recording steps, but will not synch for sleep or for step challenges.  It has not synched since 11-10-2018 in the afternoon.  It is no longer synching with Fitness Pal either.

Hello @Bmensching.

 

Thanks for bringing this up! Let me help you get your Ionic to sync again.

 

If the information from the Ftibit is not  being synced to your account then nothing on challenges, sleeps or third parties will be synced as  there is no information to sync. My suggestion in this case would be to try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help you.
