I was travelling through South America these last couple of weeks. About 10 days ago, my Fitbit ionic started doing weird things: timezone was adjusted without me doing anything, it kept counting steps when I was sleeping or sitting down etc. 2 days ago I received an email from fitbit informing me someone made changed to my account and changed the email address of my account. I informed fitbit this was not done by me but they haven't fixed it yet and now I can't even log into my account anymore.

Hi @Sofie82. I’m so sorry you have to go thru all this! You may want to contact Support again and ask for an update. According to the related Help pages, you should be asking for an account reset.
