Why don't the dashboards look the same?

This is not an issue and it is the way that both of them were created. If you'd like to see them resemble each other more, you could post about it in our Feature Suggestions board. There other users could comment and vote on the idea to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ if you have any questions on how that board works.

Thank you for your reply.

I was wanting to print these for my physician and can only do it by
grabbing a screen shot from the phone, e-mailing it to myself and then
printing that from my computer.

That definitely sounds like the best way to go about it at the time. You could also export your data using web Dashboard's export tool.
