I have I think a Charge 3.

I recently updated my phone and all my details went missing .. that’s another story.. I have tried syncing my Fitbit to my new phone and it can’t be found .. I’ve read all the tips  and nothing is working.. what is worrying is that my Fitbit is on charge and continues to vibrate and get very hot .. I tried the 8 second reset to know avail .. suggestions ..

Is it properly conectded no dirt betwen connection ?
