This all started when I tried to re-sync up my Aria Scale. It was working, then we changed our router and the name of our Network. No matter what I do I can't sync the scale up. It show the old, inactive Network name.
But this is about my actual Fitbit. But it does seem that it started at the same time.
My Fitbit (Charge 2), will randomly go to zero steps. But I don't lose all of the data. Right now it shows zero steps but still has 9 floors, 4.79 miles, and 51 minutes. The calories are down to as well.
But, if I sync up again, it brings back all of my steps and the calories. But 5 minutes later it may very well go back to zero steps again.
I just got this 10 months ago. I hope it's not dying already. Any ideas? Thanks.
