Fitbit team not fixing issue with unearned badges?

I am so frustrated right now. I logged my weight wrong in myfitnesspal and because it was linked to my fitbit app it gave all these weight loss badges. I've read multiple posts that say they're "working on the problem" but that's over a span of 2 years. Clearly they're not working on it. Is there any other way I can fix this? This is ridiculous, especially if they had it as an option 2 years ago. I JUST got my fitbit(first) last week....obviously I did not lose 100 pounds since then. Shouldn't the system catch when you apparently lose over 100 pounds in 1 day? You'd think it would raise some red flags/concerns instead of giving you an award... Just needed to rant/vent.
