I don't know how to translate the Food Log Daily Totals to align with the percentages to tune my meals. For example 50g of protein vs 13% daily. Is there a formula? or a calculator? Thanks.

Oh! got it! I should be aiming for about 30 - 50g of fiber, 51% carb, 33% fat, 18% protein. Okay, that makes sense.
