How do you log a new food not listed under the Food Log to the dashboard..
How do you change the calories a day for goals under the food log... mine has me at a low level of food consumption to loose weight.. need to increase calories

To log a new food item, on the Fitbit.com dashboard search for any food. A link appears in the menu at the bottom in a yellow text "add new food". Click the link and follow on screen instructions to log the food.
