Hi

I forgot my account and password and after factory reset the screen show data not cleared sync and try again and i havent my fitbit account

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mohfzrn. I'm sorry to hear that you forgot your account and password. 

Please let me know which device do you have and your mobile app version.

To remove the message you find on your tracker:

  1. Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone and forget or unpair your device.
  2. Turn off your Bluetooth.
  3. Log out of the app and force stop it.
  4. Turn off your phone then power it back on.
  5. Turn on Bluetooth but don't touch anything else go straight to the app.
  6. Open the app and log back in.
  7. Try to set it up.
