Get Fitbit to stop sending me stuff

I bought an Apple watch because my fitbit was counting too many everything, and despite them sending a new one under warranty, it still doesn't count properly. Apparently, this is a common thing. So how do I get Fitbit to leave me alone now, anyone know?

delete your account, I guess!  Or is there an unsubscribe option on the emails?
