Help! Unable to migrate to Google

Hi hopefully someone can help me I am having a problem migrating to Google! I contacted support online chat and was told I need to delete my Fitbit account and make a new one or make a new google account? I am reluctant to do either so hoping someone can help, I get a message saying the google account is already linked to another Fitbit account.I don’t understand as I only have one Fitbit account!  Anyone else having these issues it’s so frustrating! I then try to log out of Fitbit and log in with google and get a message saying you have not yet moved Fitbit to google!

Please, DON'T migrate to Google. It's seriously hell! The data you get from Google has nothing like the details of the old data. You'll wish you could go back, but they don't allow it.

Fitbit has truly gone to hell!
