Help with syncing!

I've not used my Fitbit for quite a while. I signed in to sync/update my data but can not find the little circular arrows I used to hit to begin syncing. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Hello @Gramimi.

 

I suppose you are referring to the Fitbit app, correct? If not, please let me know.

 

If you are referring to the app, the latest version of the app no longer includes these arrows in order to sync. What you have to do now is to pull down on the main dashboard on the app. Pull down a bit and then let go, you should see that the app will attempt to sync.
