Home screen unresponsive - Can't use /view access items

Just today, I can't open anything I've added to the home screen of my phone app. Exercise, sleep, weight, etc., none of those open. Yet everything else on the app works fine (profile, community). Phone is also syncing and counting steps as normal. I've restarted phone and app several times, and no change.  Help?

Hello @CVO99 and a warm welcome.  What type of phone do you use?  Android or iPhone?  Did you try things in this order?

  • Delete the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the app

If this doesn't work for you, I would like to move this post to the correct forum.  This forum is aimed at the web dashboard.  The correct phone app dashboard is a better fit.  You are more likely to get an answer if my advice doesn't help.
