When entering the tile to check progress on my phone, I only get the spinning/ loading symbols. I have logged out and force stopped the app. I have edited the tile out and re-added. I have checked for updates. Help appreciated.

Does this occurs when connected to mobile data or wifi?

Does this happens before or after synching your Fitbit with the app?

What phone are you using?
