How I can see individual hr measured?

How I can see individual/single HR measured? When I analyze the graphs I can only see the averages within the 5-minute intervals.

@Andris  Welcome.... you create a custom record on your PC and then you can create the HR graphs which have on average 24 plot points/minute.  The link below where I took another user through the same process will help.
