How to change pace from feet and inches to metric?

I can't possibly have a pace that is 13'50", so what in hell is this measurement and how do I change it to Metric?

I've tried my "settings" that are already Metric.

Any idea what this measurement refers to please?

It's not showing feet and inches but minutes and seconds. The pace is the time taken to cover a mile.
