How do I get a download of all the tracker data since I started using my first Fitbit device?

Fitbit offer a couple of export options. Both are covered in the following help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1133.htm

The first think it tells you to do is to click on the gear icon for settings. 
But the profile has no gear icon.
