I can't add new friends

I found out I ws over the new friend limit of 2000 friends.  I spent a large amont of time deleting accounts that were not very active.  I got below 2000 but still get the error messgae that I have the maxium amount of friends.

 

Is this  bug and when can it be fixed?

Welcome @Lw1922. It's great to see you around. Wow, you really do have lots of friends. Smiley Wink If you haven't done it already, please log out from your account, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit software and log back in. You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Let me know how it goes.
