I find Fitbit to be a convoluted site

I find the Fitbit site to be very convoluted. Each time I must sync my Alta or update my goals it takes me days, weeks and months as I try to steal time here and there to accomplish my task. The site is user unfriendly. Why is the tile to update goals not clearly called GOALS, for example? It tells you to sync, but the button to sync is not easily located. Navigating this site is an exercise in frustration. I see it is not tracking my steps any longer since my last attempt to communicate with it. It's unbearable.
