How do I reset my time.It's off by I hour and 28 minutes.Could it be the battery.I have not worn it for a while as I was getting a rash from my band.This is what happened when I plugged it in

@skipper40, you don't mention which Fitbit tracker you have, but if the battery was allowed to go dead and then charged and put into use without syncing, the time will be off. When the tracker is synced the time will be set to the app time.
