Where is the Announcement about this new feature on the Dashboard..

 

With all of our issues we have this..

Since the link is not yet on the dashboard, unless you specifically go to the link to it, I suspect it is being developed for future implementation and not yet ready for prime time, which would explain why there has not yet been an announcement about it.
