Last night's sleep log is not showing up

I have a Charge 2, and it has been tracking my sleep just fine for a couple of months. Today, the sleep log tile is there, but there is no sleep information. When I log into fitbit.com, the sleep tile is blank, and when I click on more information, it takes me to a blank web page that says error. LoseIt seems to have pulled in some sleep data though, but I want it to show up in my Fitbit Dashboard. Any suggestions?

Hello @DrJohnW!

 

This could be happening because the Dashboard is not properly loading up all of the information. Keep in mind that the sleep details can take a couple of hours to show up. If during that time the Dashboard, for some reason, can't properly connect to the servers, the information might not show up. I'd recommend that whenever this happens you log out and then back into the account. That should help the information load up properly.
