I recently pulled all of my sleep data for 2017. While analyzing the information, I noticed that the number of times awake each night jumped significantly when my Charge2 started logging the complete sleep cycle instead of awake/asleep. I was averaging 2 times a night being awake from January 1 through the end of April. When full sleep cycle tracking started at the end of April, my average number of times awake each night jumped to 18. Did something change in the sensitivity of the tracker?

Hi, @mjslater! On the old method, the "restless" time now counts as awake time on the new method, so you will see more "awake" than on the old one.

Thanks for the response. It is a frustrating that restless is counted as awake because some movements can be a part of the Stage 1 Non-REM sleep. It would be nice if restless was still categorized differently thank awake. I think it reduces the total amount of sleep to be less than the amount truly achieved.
