My Achievements - Best Not working

I have an ongoing issue with the My Achievements - Best section

 

All the values show -- steps or -- floors etc

 

The preloader (circle loading gif) just spins and nothing else happens.

 

The data for life time works fine.

 

Ive tried firefox and chrome but both are the same, and tried on multiple computers and devices !

@phxweb  This is a known issue -- I have it, too.  I believe the engineers are working on it.

@phxweb  I was informed by a Moderator that this problem might not get fixed soon.  Low priority compared to other projects.

 

Sounds like it's time for "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" approach.

I have the same problem and logging off and back on doesn't help. It looks like "they" have been working on this for several years. Disappointing.

@BenScheible yes, this is still an issue for fitbit to fix and there's not a way round the problem. It's been broken since last May. Not quite years but bad enough.
