My Flex has bitten the dust after only 2 months.

I have reset it, logged in and logged out and nothing happens.

I know I did more than 10,000 steps yesterday and today and nothing buzzed.

The battery is fine; it's fully charged.

Any other suggestions to trouble shoot? No data from either yesterday or today shows up on my dashboard. Everything is zero.

Did you try to force sync it?

 

On Computer open up Fitbit Connect and chose sync now

 

On phone Tap on the device and choose sync

 

Never hurts to do a restart
