My Foods / Additional Serving Sizes Keep Disappearing

I have a fair number of items added on to the customer 'My Foods' section.

They are all added with 2 serving sizes,
- the 1st appropriate to the item E.G per breast, per cup. 

- the 2nd 100 grams, to cover for variations.

 

The issue I have is that the 2nd 100 grams serving keeps disappearing. 

Any ideas?

I'd like to better visualize the situation. Could you take some screen shots of when you save the 2nd one and when it goes away? That could definitely help me out to find the best way to proceed.
