What's happening with this feature? All my friends in my community are asking if I'm okay? Customer Service was absolutely zero help. Considering tossing the tool in the trash. Anyone else feel the same?

Hello @LisaFSFS and welcome to the Community.  Your Friends list and Recent activity are only on the mobile app.  Fitbit removed this feature from the web dashboard.  Do you use Android or iPhone.  You post can get moved the a better fit forum.

Are you referring to everyone's profile saying "no recent activity"? They seem to have changed a privacy setting.. on the app go to social and sharing and then privacy..then average daily step count. I think this is why the group leaderboards aren't working most of the time.
