Notification widget not working

I used to get notifications via the widget on my Android phone. Now, I no longer get them. I have all my notifications turned on in the settings in the app on the phone. Am I missing a step somewhere?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thank you for the suggestion. It didn't work, so now it is in Customer
Service's hands and I'm waiting for an answer from them.
